Eliminate Credit Card Debt in Days
When you read the title, you’re instantly thinking, “SCAM!” That’s okay, because before I even give you some tips, I wanted to tell you that you can’t get rid of your debt today, unless you write some monstrous check to kill your debt. I wanted to show you some tips that you can use today in order to cut your debt a lot just by following a few tips. These can cut your debt numbers in half.
Start with a phone call – The first thing that I want you to do is start with a phone call. What you’re going to find is that you can call up the credit card companies and negotiate your debt. What you’re going to want to do is make sure that you either have a lump sum to pay, and also make sure that you’re behind on your payments.
If you’re still up to par with your payments, the banks will just assume that you can still pay the bills. This is why it’s crucial to skip a few payments.
Insiders will tell you that most banks will settle for 30-40% less than what your bill actually is. If you can get a loan from someone to pay off these loans, I highly recommend that you do so. For instance, if you have a $10,000 bill, you can most likely get this down to $6,000, or even lower if you’re lucky.
When you go this route, make sure that you get everything in writing. You want this written out, as well as an account closure notice. This way if something happens in the future, you will have evidence in your hand.
